Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, you can return your planner within 30 days, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your planner is damaged, faulty or you received the wrong item. If the issue was caused before or during delivery, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
